Where You'll Make an Impact

• Sell and promote a wide range of IT products to new and existing clients

• Handle email and telephonic customer inquiries professionally

• Prepare, follow up on quotations, and process sales orders efficiently

• Manage and expand an allocated customer base through proactive engagement

• Cold call potential clients to generate new business opportunities

• Attend all relevant product and sales training sessions to stay up-to-date

• Maintain comprehensive customer call logs and update databases regularly

• Develop and implement tailored sales plans for key accounts and product groups

Requirements:

• 2 to 4 years of sales experience, ideally within the IT industry

• Proven ability to cold call and acquire new clients

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Strong planning and organizational abilities

• Good product knowledge, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly

• Proficiency in RPE and basic IT understanding

• Sales planning and CRM software
