Duties:

• Maintain a communication link between clients and the Head Office processing team.
• Continuously monitor client satisfaction and operational changes that could impact business.
• Keep abreast of competitor activity within the existing client base and marketplace.
• Submit accurate weekly sales reports and call planners.
• Share diaries with the inbound sales team weekly and maintain regular interaction.
• Complete monthly expenditure reports and client contracts with precision.
• Keep detailed records of paperwork and client feedback, ensuring smooth communication with support teams.

Requirements:

• 2 to 6 years of proven sales experience.
• Strong skills in cold calling, direct marketing, and client relationship management.
• Sound knowledge of medical sales and financial services.
• Excellent product knowledge and sales skills.
