Sales Manager – Solar Industry

A well-established solar company is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales division.

Minimum Requirements:

• Proven experience in a sales management role
• Previous experience within the solar, renewable energy, electrical, or related industry preferred
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle essential
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
• Target driven with a strong business development mindset
• Computer literate and able to compile sales reports

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Identify and secure new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key accounts
• Monitor sales performance and prepare management reports
• Assist with quotations, large projects, and customer solutions
• Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support
