What You'll Do:

• Engage with prospective clients via telephone to promote and sell IT hardware and software solutions.
• Identify customer needs and present tailored product offerings.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets aligned with company goals.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in software, hardware, or IT telesales.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication and persuasive skills.
• Ability to understand technical product details and explain benefits to clients.
• A proactive approach to client engagement and problem-solving.

• Existing network within the IT industry.
• Knowledge of the local KwaZulu-Natal market.

What We'll Give You:

• Salary: R10,000 - R14,000 per month (Market Related)
